Catalytic Converter Thefts, Stolen Tablet Top Bristol Twp. Crimes

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA —Two catalytic converter thefts and a stolen tablet are among some of the incidents recently handled by police.

The Bristol Township Police Department has released its blotter of criminal incidents for the period of July 31 through Aug. 3.

Here are the criminal incidents:

Arrest —July 31, 11:11 a.m. Veterans Highway, Bristol. A 30-year-old Levittown man was charged with recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct, harassment, and criminal mischief. He was processed and arraigned by Judge Hughes. Bail was set at $20,000 with 10 percent. He was sent to Bucks County Prison.

Arrest —Aug. 1, 2:07 p.m. New Falls Road. A 45-year-old Levittown woman was charged with retail theft. The suspect was processed and arraigned by Judge Hughes. Bail was set at $20,000 unsecured.

Arrest —Aug. 1, 10:34 a.m. Nichol Street, Levittown. A 58-year-old Levittown woman was arrested on two local warrants out of Bristol Township. The suspect was processed and arraigned by Judge Hughes. Bail was set at $200,000 cash for a PFA violation and $20,000 with 10 percent for a robbery charge. The woman was sent to Bucks County Prison.

Retail Theft —3:34 a.m., State Road, Croydon. An unknown suspect removed a pack of cigarettes passing all points of sale. The estimated value is $10.

Theft —July 31, 6:45 a.m. Wharton Road, Bristol. Sometime over the weekend, an unknown suspect stole two tires from a 2020 Freightliner box truck. The estimated value is $800.

Theft —July 31, 4:44 p.m. Marion Avenue. Sometime overnight, an unknown suspect removed the catalytic converter from a 2010 Nissan. The estimated value is $300.

Theft —July 31, 6:51 p.m., New Falls Road, Levittown. Around 5:45 p.m., an unknown suspect stole a Zebra tablet. The estimated value is $500.

Theft —Aug. 2, 7:03 a.m., Runway Road, Levittown. Between 1:30 a.m. and 1:35 a.m., an unknown subject(s) removed the catalytic converter from a 2023 Ford. The estimated value is $2,500.

Retail Theft —Aug. 2, 5:37 p.m. New Falls Road, Levittown. At 2:25 p.m., a suspect removed several items passing all points of sale. No value was given.
